Our Identity
Named after the iconic Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia's highest peak, KK8 embodies the spirit of reaching new heights in academic achievement and personal growth. The college is officially known as Kolej Kediaman Kelapan (Eighth Residential College) under the Department of Student Affairs (HEP) at Universiti Malaya.

KK8 primarily houses students from the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT) at UM, along with students from other faculties. The college maintains a strong academic culture, providing residents with a conducive environment for study and intellectual development.
